Q1. Do I have to change my diet or stop eating?

A1. There are not any food restrictions whilst doing our herbal colon cleanse, but we ask you to consider what you are putting through your digestive system. It would be beneficial to cut out the foods that have caused the problems in the first place, such as processed junk foods, meat, dairy products, and sugar. Eat fruits and vegetables. We do advise that you drink plenty of water, and remove the following from your diet during your colon detox: Best to not eat:

  • Biscuits
  • Cakes
  • Potato Chips
  • Junk fast foods
  • Dairy foods
  • White flour
  • Fried foods
  • Processed foods
  • Alcohol
  • White rice

Q2. Can I continue at work if I am on this bowel detox?

A2. Yes you can work no problem, but you will find that you will be going to the loo 2-3 in the day.

Q3. I am going on holiday in two weeks should I start it now?

A3. It would be better to wait until you get back as you may experience detox side effects (see eBook) that would spoil your holiday.

Q4. Don't I need milk for calcium?

Q5. What if I miss part two of the colon cleanse drink?

A5. Do not make it up by drinking double quanities. Just carry on taking it as per the instructions.

Q6. What if I want to carry on with the cleanse?

A6. If you have capsules left and want to carry on with the cleanse, simple contact us to buy more of the 2nd part.

Q7. Is it true that ropes of matter comes out during a colon cleanse?

A7. The ropes of matter are a result of psyllium husk pulling out the matter from your colon. If you do a colon cleanse without psyllium you will not get the ropes of matter.

Q8. Do I need to take probiotics?

A8. Yes, we recommend you take a month course of probiotics after your cleanse. Although it is not necessary as your body will balance itself very quickly.

Q9. What can I expect from my first colon cleanse?

A9. It really depends on how well you have looked after your body in the past. If you have been on a diet of processed and junk foods you are more likely to experience heavier detox symptoms. You can read about detox symptoms here.

Q10. How often do I need to cleanse?

A10. If you do a colon cleanse twice a year and eat a good balanced diet this will certainly help to maintain a healthy colon. Many people have years of impacted fecal matter and built up mucus clogging their intestinal walls. It was put on in layers and has to come off in layers and there is no magic wand cleanser that can clear a very toxic colon it all in one go. You know your own body, if you think you need to do another colon cleanse straight after doing one it is perfectly okay. Otherwise we suggest a colon cleanse twice a year.

Q11. Should I exercise while doing the colon cleanse?

A11. It is always good to exercise. Depending on your situation, age and whether you have exercised in the past will determine the extent of what you need to do. At the very least a walk for half an hour would be excellent for your body.

Q12. How will I feel doing a colon cleanse?

A12. Most of our clients and customers say is that they feel better and lighter, with more energy. *Some lose weight while eliminating toxins and layers of mucus. Colon cleansing reduces gas or wind. With an un-clogged colon you will better absorb all the vitamins and additional Nutrients from the food you eat. Q14. What will my bowel movements be like?

A18. You can continue to take all vitamins and supplements during our colon cleanse. take any supplements and vitamins 20 minutes before or 60 minutes after the colon detox powder (part two) and you will not flush out the benefits of them.
